BC Government will be enacting Grey Water Regulation in 2010. All BC boaters are asked to read information located here regarding significant concerns regarding the enactment of Section 13 of the Environmental Management Act (EMA) . Boaters wishing to protect their investment and the environment, should then write to their MLA, Minister, and Premier to protest. Sample letter located here and list of five recommended addressees there. I wrote to the five suggested addressees. For your edification, here is the reply letter I received form the BC MoE, Mr. Penner. You need to add your voices to mine to get him to amend or repudiate Section 13 of the EMA.

The Harrison Yacht Club Executive is truly delighted to welcome all HYC members and all visitors to its web site. This site is divided into a public information section and a members only section. You are now in the public information section which can be navigated through the above navigation buttons. The HYC members section of this web site can be accessed by using the “Login” box below, providing your issued HYC user name and password information and then clicking on the above “Members Login” button. NOTE: members must first “Sign Up” before they can “Login”.

The aim of the public information section is to introduce our HYC and its purposes to the general public, visitors interested in joining the HYC, and visitors from other yacht clubs affiliated with HYC.

The HYC members section will cater to the individual needs of its HYC members and their families by providing a more controlled environment to readily foster social activities and communications.
