Vice Commodore

It shall be the duty of the Vice Commodore to:

    A. assist the Commodore in the discharge of his duties;

    B. oversee the production of the Club overall annual budget for Executive review prior to presentation to the

        mem­bership at the AGM;

    C. prepare an annual budget for his area of responsibility and activity for inclusion into the overall Club          annual budget;

    D. prepare a written report for submission to the membership at the AGM;

    E. chair the Membership Committee;

    F. manage and distribute HYC membership cards;

    G. officiate as Commodore in his absence; and

    H. ensure that the objectives of the Club are met.

 

Staff Captain

 

The Staff captain will:

A. be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and supplies of the Clubhouse.

B.  be responsible for the safekeeping, collection of appropriate fees (if required), and distribu­tion and recording of clubhouse keys;

C. prepare an annual Clubhouse budget for his areas of responsibility and activity for inclusion into the overall Club annual budget;

D. promulgate and enforce Clubhouse Rules and Regulations;

E. prepare and present an annual report for the AGM;

F. carry out a yearly written inventory of all Clubhouse and patio assets and provide the Rear Commodore and Treasurer with one copy each; and

G. ensure that the objectives of the Club are met.
