Harrison Yacht Club (HYC) Terms of Use
The following are the terms and conditions for use of the HYC Web Site and the services and/or information it provides to HYC Members and web site visitors. Please read them carefully. HYC may modify this Agreement from time to time.
The HYC web site is provided for HYC Members and visitors. Any unauthorized commercial use of the HYC web site, or the resale of its content or the services it offers, is expressly prohibited.

The HYC web site is provided for HYC Members and visitors. Any unauthorized commercial use of the HYC web site, or the resale of its content or the services it offers, is expressly prohibited.
HYC Members agree to:
1- Protect their access password(s) to the HYC web site and services and advise the HYC Webmaster ASAP when their password(s) is/are compromised.
All users agree NOT to:
1- Send/Create "SPAM" (unsolicited email in connection with the HYC Service, directed to people not personally known to you, including but not limited to junk mail, chain letters or other unsolicited bulk email, commercial or otherwise). You are solely responsible for your content and acknowledge that the HYC web services act as a passive conduit for the transmission of your data.
2- Send/Create unlawful, copyrighted, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, harmful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.
3- Use the HYC web site in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
4- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
5- Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
6- Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any non-personal purpose.
7- Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
8- Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message.
9- Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity that is not an HYC member any directory of the HYC members or other user or usage information or any portion thereof other than in the context of your use of the HYC web site as permitted under the terms and conditions.
10- Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs.
11- Transmit or upload any material that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
12- Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the HYC web site or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
13 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the HYC web site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the HYC web site, through password mining or any other means.
14_ Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.
At its sole discretion, the HYC reserves the right to cancel the usage of this HYC web site at any time, for any reason or to increase/decrease the variety and number of controls available. Including but not limited to any breach of the aforementioned conditions.

USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT'S PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HYC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
HYC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO HYC MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED THROUGH THIS HYC WEB SITE MEET YOUR NEEDS.
