Incumbent’s achievements:
Commodore Joe positively contributed to the revitalization of our HYC. He oversaw the adoption and implementation of a New Constitution and the signing of a much anticipated water lease with the Village of Harrison. The Clubhouse patio area appearance as well as its security were also markedly enhanced. A new main HYC canopy and C dock will also be added soon. A new HYC web site was also put into operation, Our social functions were also a great success due to his ability to enlist the support of our members.
