Following a detailed report from the Strategic Planning Committee, the Bridge voted unanimously to call a Special General Meeting to consider and approve the budget for construction of a permanent structure in front of the HYC Club House.
The intent is to walk through the overall plan including costs and provide a review of the current HYC financial picture with a view to gaining club approval to expend the necessary funds to proceed.

The meeting will be held at the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel from 10 am to Noon on Saturday December 6, 2025. This is a very important meeting for the club as we have come a long way to gain permission from various levels of government to build at this time. Approval to move forward will require a minimum of 25% of the club membership so please come out and support the club.
